Office is very organized. Staff very caring and knowledgeable.
Start to finish Dr. Cuff is a perfectionist and highly skilled professional. Great experience. Anesthesiologist was also extremely thorough and professional. Both doctors made me feel confident going into surgery. Very thankful.

Aside from being an excellent surgeon Dr Cuff truly cares about his patients and takes time to answer all questions. He always has a reassuring smile and is so very kind.
Clean, professional office and staff. Dr. Cuff took the time to do a complete exam and then explained my current condition along with my options in the future. Never any pressure to proceed in any direction making it completely my choice.

I was called in BEFORE my actual appointment. Saw Dr. Cuff shortly after entering exam room. Dr. Cuff was personable, knowledgeable and I immediately liked him and was confident in his recommendations. New facility, pleasant and very efficient staff. I don’t usually make recommendations but this is the exception. Highly recommend.
Dr. Cuff explained all issues and what to expect regarding my shoulder replacement.
I need a reverse total shoulder replacement and reached out to Dr Cuff's office to arrange a consult. The person that I spoke with was brisk and didn't seem to want to help. My quickest consult is/could be several weeks out. I contacted another local shoulder specialist and had an appointment in 2 days, and can get the surgery in a week or two. Dr Cuff's reviews and expertise seem wonderful but my experience with his office was not. I am going to book my surgery with Dr. Scho***** later today.
