Dr Cuff is always professional, polite and easy to talk to. I couldn't ask for a better doctor.

Dr. Cuff is a great surgeon and has a wonderful bedside manner. I had a shoulder replacement done and I can not say enough good things about Dr. Cuff and his staff. Very happy with my results.
This was my first visit to Dr Cuff. He was extremely pleasant and listened well to my concerns. He quickly diagnosed my problem after X-rays and an exam. He kindly gave me a full explanation of my condition and the best treatment plan for it. I left very impressed with the entire experience.
Dr. Cuff reviewed my x-rays with me and suggested a course of action. He definitely did NOT push me towards immediate surgery, which I greatly appreciated. He was as gentle as possible when administering cortisone shots.
What stood out in my visit, as well as my experience several years ago with my other shoulder is Doctor Cuffs delivery of information, professionalism and making sure everything was understood as well as having a compassionate ear and amazing clinical skills.
Dr Cuff is one of the most understanding and compassionate MDs I’ve ever encountered. Very efficient and knowledgeable office staff. Dr Cuff performed two total shoulder replacements for me. I can’t imagine where I’d be without him today.
Unfortunately, the surgery performed by Dr. Cuff was unsuccessful, and nine months later, I’m still dealing with pain. During follow-up appointments, DR. Cuff ordered another MRI, which came at an additional cost to me. Due to delays in his office scheduling, my final follow-up fell just outside the 90-day post-op window, leading to an unfair charge to both my insurance and myself.
