If I could leave zero stars, I would. My husband and I signed up for Depic Laser’s membership at their Fort Lauderdale location in July, each paying $99.99 a month. We only had three appointments in total — one in July, one on August 22, and one on October 26. Yet somehow, we were continuously charged month after month, even after we canceled and even after the location was closed. I wouldn’t recommend this company at all. I think they are closing their locations. I paid in full for services for my husband and I. They decided to close the Fort Lauderdale location. Kept my money with no follow up. Be very careful. Their manager has not returned calls or messages. I’m now looking for an attorney so I can be refunded. Don’t pay them up front. Been coming here for laser hair removal for about a year. Claudia is wonderful and I recommend this location to everyone.
Amazing spot for all of our lady needs! They offer a huge variety of different things. Staff is super nice, patient, & answer all of your questions. Will be bringing in all of my friends & family. Highly satisfied.
