Dependable has been managing our building for a while now, and quite frankly, I'm impressed. Their staff is competent and professional, they handle most of our issues and do it proactively. I'd give A+ for the elevator maintenance, for instance. They answer questions on time, they take care of things before they become a problem. and their online payment system is a godsend. Great team!
Ive been super impressed with Dependable Property Management’s service. Rimma from customer service is amazing—she’s always polite and handles everything promptly, and she also thinks one step ahead. We had a roof leak and she was on top of it sooner than we realized there was a leak, which is super cool. Their online billing system is super convenient too. A very caring and competent team!
