Rimma was polite and caring, she addressed every detail. The repairs were completed quickly, and we haven’t had any issues since. When we were having some ongoing elevator problems in our building, Dependable came in and fixed everything in record time! Arthur and the team were so professional - they always responded promptly to emails and phone calls, the building seems so much more organized, and better kept inside and out. Their online billing system makes it easy, too. We are happy with them.

Dependable really stands out - they are responsive, professional, and keep our building running smoothly. Last month, for instance, we had a roof leak and they got it fixed right away. Dependable has been managing our building for a while now, and quite frankly, I'm impressed. Their staff is competent and professional, they handle most of our issues and do it proactively. I'd give A+ for the elevator maintenance, for instance. They answer questions on time, they take care of things before they become a problem. and their online payment system is a godsend. Great team!
