Since Dependable took over our co-op, things inside and outside of the building have improved a ton and it got much easier to get the jobs done. Diana in customer service is helpful whenever I needed something, really nice to deal with. The online billing system is convenient—no need to deal with checks or complicated payments. It’s a big improvement compared to previous management, where getting a response felt impossible. These guys know what they are doing, so it definitely makes living here a lot less stressful.
