Diana in customer service is helpful whenever I needed something, really nice to deal with. The online billing system is convenient—no need to deal with checks or complicated payments. It’s a big improvement compared to previous management, where getting a response felt impossible. These guys know what they are doing, so it definitely makes living here a lot less stressful.

Our previois contractor wasn't coping, so I reached out to Dependable about a persistent roof leak, and their team handled it promptly and professionally. Rimma was polite and caring, she addressed every detail. The repairs were completed quickly, and we haven’t had any issues since. Their online system for payments and communication is a huge convenience, so I couldn’t ask for a better management service!
I’ve only had a positive experience with them! Skilled and experienced staff who knows exactly what needs to be done in case of a problem. They have been managing our building for a very long time and I can honestly say only good things about this company!
