The staff here is professional and respectful, especially Diana who always offers good customer service. Issues with the elevator or general maintenance are handled quickly. Online billing makes managing my account so much easier than with past companies.

Our building has been under DPM for a while now and I’ve got 0 complaints. Their professional staff handles everything with care, especially issues with the roof and elevator. I’ve contacted Rimma several times and she always gives a quick response and makes sure we’re in the loop. Everything feels handled before it even becomes a problem :)
Dependable made a noticeable difference from day one. The team is competent, polite, and genuinely seems to care about the residents. From the elevator maintenance to general upkeep inside and outside the building, everything runs smoothly. I really appreciate the online billing and fast communication.
