We have been with Dependable since September 2025 and have consistently received top-quality service from their staff. They are highly responsive and truly care about us. I’m very happy to live in the building they manage.
Quality management for the inside and the outside of the building, whenever there are any issues whatsoever. The staff listens to your concerns and acts almost immediately, which we truly appreciate.

Our building has improved so much since DPM took over! Their staff respond to emails quickly and keep everything inside and outside of the building in great shape. The customer service team, especially Rimma, is always polite and caring.
I used to expect nothing from management, but Rimma keeps surprising me. Short emails, fast answers, and actual follow-up. That’s more than most companies manage. So far very good.
Ngl I was pretty skeptical when DPM took over our co-op. Thought it'd be another round of unanswered calls and slow repairs but they're on it. Avetik got our elevator back up in two days. Online billing's been smooth too. It's nice to see things finally handled without chasing anyone around. Big improvement from before.
The best management company I’ve ever had to deal with, honestly. Their team is so personable and always eager to assist if you have any questions. Any issues in the building are always resolved within a reasonable period of time. I recommend them.
