No complaints from my end, the employees are very nice. The maintenance is getting done properly. The grounds stay very clean and elevators work. Online billing is useful. Thanks, team.
We’ve been with them for years and I can say that they have always come through for us. Anytime there is an issue with something in the house it always gets resolved. It's a great management crew to go through! Thanks for giving us a good experience!

Since Dependable took over our co-op, things inside and outside of the building have improved a ton and it got much easier to get the jobs done. The team is always polite and professional, even when handling stressful situations like elevator repairs. They seem genuinely caring about residents, which sadly isn’t always the case with NYC property management. Really happy with their service.
