Our building has been under DPM for a while now and I’ve got 0 complaints. Their professional staff handles everything with care, especially issues with the roof and elevator. I’ve contacted Rimma several times and she always gives a quick response and makes sure we’re in the loop. Everything feels handled before it even becomes a problem :)
Dependable made a noticeable difference from day one. The team is competent, polite, and genuinely seems to care about the residents. From the elevator maintenance to general upkeep inside and outside the building, everything runs smoothly. I really appreciate the online billing and fast communication. HUGE shoutout to Diana for always keeping us informed!

Since Dependable took over our co-op, things inside and outside of the building have improved a ton and it got much easier to get the jobs done. The team is always polite and professional, even when handling stressful situations like elevator repairs. They seem genuinely caring about residents, which sadly isn’t always the case with NYC property management. Really happy with their service.
