Since Dependable took over our co-op, things inside and outside of the building have improved a ton and it got much easier to get the jobs done. The team is always polite and professional, even when handling stressful situations like elevator repairs. They seem genuinely caring about residents, which sadly isn’t always the case with NYC property management. Really happy with their service.
Everything from billing to building maintenance is managed efficiently. Arthur and the others are polite, organized, and dedicated. The online payments system makes life much easier.
Avetik from customer service has been wonderful. Very responsive and helpful every time we had a concern about the elevator. The team is skilled and always ensures professional communication with residents

Diana in customer service is helpful whenever I needed something, really nice to deal with. The online billing system is convenient—no need to deal with checks or complicated payments. It’s a big improvement compared to previous management, where getting a response felt impossible. These guys know what they are doing, so it definitely makes living here a lot less stressful.
