You have an open racist working for you. She made public comments that were very clearly racist and your response is to throw your hands in the air and say there is nothing you can do about it? Well there is something the people can do about it. They will protest your facility for allowing a racist to stay on staff. How is a person of color supposed to feel they are getting proper treatment from a racist? Awful facility. You clearly don't understand the word CARE if this behavior is condoned and you refuse to take action.
In ALLOWING Dr. Herren continuing to represent a PUBLIC SERVICE facility sickens me how well she and any other Doctors service patients. It is beyond disrespectful and would steer away from such facilities that CONDONE racism.
Shame on you for allowing an openly racist women who calls Michelle Obama a monkey face to continue to work at your organization. While people may have free speech, employers are entitled to fire employees when they don't live up to their brand promise or values
