it was thorough,timely,and tula was very friendly.
Dr K came in and said, "Kathleen, it is nice to meet you" and he has met me on a previous visit. As I am a 30+ year patient with Les, I am accustomed to his friendly style, being called by a "preferred name" and this is a change. and have seen Dr K now for the second time, it is a little awkward not recognizing that I have been automatically transfered to Dr K.
