The staff is friendly, experienced, and knowledgeable. I know I am getting good care.
They are friendly, caring, and skilled. I like that they leave things alone unless there is a clear problem -- not too aggressive about fixing things that aren't problems.
Gloria has alzheimers and does not remember her visit, but I (her husband, Hal)do. She was very well taken of and ever though she had some cleaning issues she did not complain of any soreness.
