Ross made sure that his qualifications were obvious. I was confident that I was under the care of a professional. I've never seen a dental office that cares about their patients more than they do. Ross never pressured me to get dental procedures I didn't need, and he always has my best interest in mind. The prices are fair. The level of care you get for the price is outstanding. The best customer service I have ever seen! Putting his customers first is definitely a priority here and it shows.

Did this dentist thoroughly examine your teeth? Definitely! They spent extra time to make sure they didn't miss anything Do this dentist have a good professional reputation among other dentists? I couldn't believe how great their office looked. It was very obvious that they took pride in the office's appearance. It was one of the best looking offices I've ever seen. Not only were they able to provide everything they promised me, they went above and beyond and exceeded my expectations. They were so easy to reach in an emergency, they answered my call immediately. All the equipment at this office is state-of-the-art. I feel very safe here because I know it's safe and current. I am always so impressed with how quickly my calls are answered here. I am never put on hold for a long time and love knowing that if I have a quick question I won't have to wait a half hour through terrible music to get it answered. It's always bugged me when other dentists' I've visited didn't take the time to really examine my teeth. I didn't encounter that here at all, they made an extra effort to inspect my teeth very thoroughly. This provider has helpful information available online, which is really convenient. They have a good website and online presence. They were absolutely amazing and make others in the same field look like beginners.
