I brought all my children to this dentist. He truly has a gentle touch and makes my kids feel comfortable and not scared. Even my 6 yr old asked when he is coming back to Dr. Ross's office. I love the new office its so modern and clean. Would recommend this dentist to any mom looking for a dentist for her kids.
It was nice of them to offer some sample toothbrushes and toothpaste for me to take home. I was given a polite greeting when I walked in. It was nice to be acknowledged. The treatment I received was unsatisfactory and had to be redone. This also happened to two other members of my family. When mine had to be redone, the doctor had closed his office and could not be found. Now another in my family has just been told that his needs to be redone. They had a huge selection of magazines in the waiting room. I was able to find some of my favorites and they kept me entertained while I was waiting for my appointment. Not only was I able to watch TV during my dental procedure, they had a ton of magazines for me to look through as well. I barely even noticed that my dental procedure was going on because I was fully entertained the entire time. It was very easy to get an appointment. They have a very flexible schedule and get me in quickly every time.
