I have been a client of Dentistry by Design, along with my husband and two children, since day one and have never had a bad experience! I love the staff, they all are always super nice!
Every time I come in the front desk is extremely friendly and professional. My Hygienist (Courtney) is such a nice person and makes you feel very much at home. I especially enjoy talking about her outdoor adventures when she doesn't have her hands in my mouth. Hee Hee The entire staff definitely behaves like a team working toward your well being.
Emergency walk-in without an appointment to repair a temporary bridge which had become dislodged. Dr. Grenfell and the entire staff could not have been more helpful. Arrangements were made to solve my problem immediately. Within a half hour I was out of the office with my problem solved. Great service and attention to detail.
Needing to have major dental work done , I contacted Dentistry by Design , best decision I could have made . Dr . Feit made me feel so comfortable during initial consultation and his staff were all so caring and helpful , I knew right then who would be doing the dental work I needed .Was able to work around my schedule and have complete work done in 6 months . Great experience .

Everyone including receptionist, the hygienist, the dentist and the support staff went above and beyond to make sure I was comfortable and understood everything they were telling me. I highly recommend dentistry by design as they were not only caring, but also a great value.
