Suspicious Dentist... I went to Dr. Zerafat for an initial exam and was told I had 2 cavaties and needed crowns...also told I needed a deep cleaning as well as a regular cleaning. I have never had a cavity before. They said I needed to schedule another appointment for the work to be done (a second appointment=another co-pay). In my past experience with other dentists I have always had a cleaning the same day as my exam! Courteous and Professional Usually, I am nervous with dental offices and dentists, but at Dr. Zerafat's office everybody makes me comfortable. I have been going to so many dentists until I found this one. From the very start until now, I am treated with courtesy and professionalism. I know with them my smile is in good hands.
Best Emergency Dentist in Pacific Beach My family just moved to San Diego and we didnât know any dentists in the area. Best Dentist in Pacific Beach I only got one thing to say about Dr. Zerafat of Dentist Pacific Beach. He is the best! He makes me feel like I am an important patient to him, he’s compassionate and even checked to make sure that the dental treatment he recommended was covered by my insurance. I rely on him for all my teeth problems. He is simply the best!
Impressive Service! I went to Dr. Zerafat on the recommendation of a friend. Being new to the San Diego area, I was lost as to where else to go. My familyâs One and Only Dentist My two kids hate seeing a dentist because of a bad experience they had during a previous cleaning session. It took a lot of time before we were able to persuade them to see a dentist again. Amazingly, when they saw Dr. Zerafat, they like him and donât have any problem going back to see Dr. Zerafat. He will always be our one and only family dentist.
DISHONEST SCAMMING DENTIST On March 3, 2009, I was scheduled for a regular dental check up and cleaning covered by my insurance. My co pay should have been $5.00. When I walked into Dream Smile, I was greeted with a blank Patient Consent form and a $108.00 charge. I did not understand what these charges were for and was very confused. The receptionist was rude and short with me. well presented You allways want to be informed of your cost and reasons before being trated. In this office I felt trusted because they did exactly that. So, i'm pleased to see that my dental treatments were done proffessionaly. They reviewed with me everything few times and that was nice. We know how dental terminology can be so confusing:-) Dr. Zerafat used model to explain all king of materials that he recommends. I liked that idea. Overall, it was a good presentation and experience.
