Comfortable Atmosphere I am new in San Diego and was looking for a general dentist for my family. A colleague recommended Dr. Zerafat Dentist Pacific Beach. I had him do a teeth cleaning. The staff is friendly, the atmosphere is comfortable and the cleaning went smoothly with very little discomfort. I recommend this dental clinic and will go back if I have any future teeth problems.
Happy with The Services Our entire family continues to go to Dentist Pacific Beach for a couple of years! We could not imagine trusting our smile with anyone else! Cool music in this office Much better than what I was expected. Clean, organized and nice staff. The music was soothing and made me very comfortable. They are quick to get you in and out. I like Dr. Zerafat because he didnât try to sell me the cosmetic stuff that I usually get in other offices.
Professional and Courteous Dentist I lost a filling and had a hole and cavity in a tooth but put off going to the dentist for two months. But I wanted to take care of if before going on vacation for three weeks to avoid possible complications. The dentist said there was a large amount of decay and he had to drill to remove it. He drilled as far as he could without touching the nerve and was able to avoid the need for a root canal. He filled the cavity with tooth colored filling that feels smooth. Gentle and Professional My first visit to Dr. Zerafat was a few weeks ago. I printed the forms from the website so I did not have to come in early to do the paperwork. I had an exam, xrays and a cleaning. The office looks clean and professional. The doctor, receptionist and assistant are great. The doctor took time to answer my questions. The cleaning was thorough but gentle. I was glad to hear I am good for six months!
Very angry client I have had the worst experience with Dream Smile and will NEVER EVER return. I went in for a route canal. He then told me that I needed an implant (3,000.00) I have had half of that process done. He began on the 2nd part of the implant and did such a terrible job that now my bone on my jaw line is exposed and killing me. I went back to him and asked him what the problem was. dont go to this dentist my insurance changed so i had to pick a dentist near by in my " network " so i chose this one. i went to this dentist to get a routine 6 month cleaning. they took the x rays and then told me i needed a crown ? which they said i was gonna have to pay $750 dollars for. i thought it was a little weird that they said i needed a crown, i havent missed an appointment in years with my other dentist and all of the sudden i need a crown. huh ? so then they tell me im done and i needed to reschedule my appointm... read more
Very Respectful My wife found this office on the web. We made appointment last week and they were very polite and caring staff. We were pleased with our cleaning.
Stay away Udate- 5/7/09- I complained to Aetna- Both Russ (below) and myself. They found he charged me for treatments I wasn't told about and he has to refund $290 for the fillings. They said they couldn't comment on whether the debridement was proper or not, but the amount charged was correct, so there was nothing they could do.
