I really enjoy coming to the Dental Wellness Center. The staff remembers who I am from visit to visit and treats me very well. The work they do is fast and painless, just what I like. I will keep coming back.
My daughter had to have a filling in one of her molars today plus have a sealant reapplied. I was able to come back and sit with her and both Dr. Stanton and her Dental Assistant did a wonderful job explaining what was going to happen, showing her all of the equipment and keeping her occupied. It went smoothly and she is doing great!!
The person who reminds you of your appointment is unfriendly and too persistent. I am sure that are some clients that need this kind or treatment, but to treat every one that way, even clients who have been coming there for years with out a late appointment, is rude. My usual hygienist was not present. The stand in did a good job but I look forward to seeing my usual hygienist every 6 months and was not informed of the change. The team at Dental Wellness Center is professional and kind. We've been going to this office for our dental needs for many years. We've referred several. We're very happy with our annual check-ups as well as our six month cleanings. Stephanie and Vicki make sure I am well taken care of and who we prefer working with.
We are just getting to know Dr. Anderson and finding a new dental practice to suit our needs. We have been very pleased so far and Autumn came away with a positive experience, even when she had to have some cavities fixed. We may need to check with Dr. Anderson about the temporary front tooth hitting the bottom teeth when she bites down, but it looks good! Dr. Anderson answered my questions and was very kind to us as well as professional.

My appointment was "squeezed" in mid afternoon. My condition was not as serious as thought. Actually, Doctor told me it appeared to be healing. That was quite a relief. The professional assistant knew exactly what to tell me, which was similar to what Doc told me. I left the office very pleased. And the staff, as always, were very smiley in their greetings and departing words. Thank you, Dental Wellness Center.
As always the service is excellent and enjoyable. Also the employees are happy, sociable and so helpful.
The ladies at the front desk are friendly and informative. I had to call with a question about a cavity I had filled (hadn't had this done in years) and she didn't have to put me on hold, she was able to look at the notes and tell me why I was experiencing what I was (deep cavity). Dr. Stanton is so friendly and she was very concerned with my well-being during my visit. I get extremely nervous but she made the whole situation better with her genuine concern.
