Friendly, on time. – I was nervous after seeing the other reviews here, but I had already made my appointment and it was close by, so i figured what the heck, I'm only going in for a new patient exam. I got there early, did some paperwork, the receptionists were nice. Worst Dentist Ever – from the minute i walked in the door this visit was a horrific experience. as if the rude old misogynisitic dentist yelling and threatening to slit his assistants throat weren't bad enough, the hygenist gave my the bloodiest and most rushed cleaning of my life. now it is one year later and i am having billing problems with them. the billing manager, ron said they never received payment from my insurance, even though i have proof from my insurance that it was paid. so my account was sent to a collection a... read more
Very bad service – During my first visit, I was waiting for a long time and finally when I went to chair, Dentist was more worried to go out for Lunch rather than attending me. When reported some pain, just said that need to go for deep cleaning etc. and not bothered to listen the reason. Instead of claiming the expenses with insurance, directly reported to credit collection agency with out even bothering to contact me. Made so many calls and no proper response and just has to wait on phone for more than 10 min each time.
Worst customer service – American Dental Care on Market Street has the worst customer service I ever experience. Every visit is an hour wait and their system seems to be always down. I had an appointment this morning and had to take half a day off from work. But when I showed up and waited for half an hour, American Dental Care told me that my dentist was out on maternity leave and no one can see me today. top shelf services – This is a very professional facility. The doctors are very concerned about patient well being. While they are not the cheapest facility in town, their prices are reasonable considering the top shelf, state of the art services they provide. This dental office is not geared towards the poor, but rather towards those who need expert services and have the ability to pay for it. I highly recommend to anyone who is willing to invest in their smile.
Worst experience ever – Avoid this place like the plague! They are rude, lazy, and mean. Every visit is at least an hour wait, and I have even had two times where they screwed up and never called me back to the chair. After confronting them, I was told they couldn't fit me in and I've had to come back! No apologies, not even a sorry look. Avoid this place!!! – My husband and I used this Dentist place, well thier Roxbourgh office and let's just say it wasn't our bad teeth that was leaving a bad taste in our mouth. The office manager Ron is rude and a liar, We were charged for a service we never got done and now the refuse to refund our money. They had us wait for over an hour to get our tooth extracted and the Dentists are not even friendly. Expect to wait, and wait, and then reschedule. – I've had to wait for at least 45 minutes all four times I had an appointment here, two of which were on my lunch hour and I finally had to approach the counter and ask them if they would be seeing me anytime soon. Both times, the answer was "no," and I was asked to reschedule. When I did get to see the doctor, he told me I had a cavity in a tooth that was not bothering me at all and recommended that we fill it.
