Horrible service -- I waited two months to get a product I had ordered -- I called repeatedly. As it turns out they lost the order and it took them two months to tell me this.
beware! – To avoid being sued for libel.... I will say that I had posted a 5 paragraph review of this establishment, and took it down because I wouldn't be surprised that these money-hungry jerks would try to sue. AWFUL! – Although the hygienists are talented and friendly, I had such awful experiences with this dentist office and wouldn't recommend it to anyone. For regular cleanings I'd never have to wait, but for Periodontist Appointments, I'd have to wait at least an hour after my scheduled time! I had to return 3 times until I made to wait LESS than a half hour. Dental patients beware. Please read and do your homework. – I called at 4:07 yesterday 5/7/10.The dentist office was closed. Must be nice. Any way, I canceled my follow up appointment because it was the same time as another important appointment I had made in advance. The Dental receptionist said they'd call me but today is Saturday. bad times – I made an appt. on short notice, this was one of the only places that could get me in. Once at the appt. the people were generally nice and while i did wait awhile, that seems to be typical at most dentist/doctors so nothing new there. Please avoid if you value your money and sanity – I went to American Dental last year, and was given the same speech as others about needing "Deep Gum" cleaning when I had just come in for a routine cleaning. They said it would cost nearly 1000 dollars by the time everything was said and done. I've only had one small cavity in my entire life, so I was suspicious and got a second opinion from a wonderful dentist on 5th and Market street. A hygienist in their other branch was trying to sell me a $800 electric toothbrush!!! OMG! I saw the same model in Target which is about $100-$150!
Avoid the other branch also! – I had a bad experience with their other branch. I was charged with an expensive chairside crown but a lab made crown was used! Disgusted for their cheating!
