My cleaning experience was a 4 star. She was very pleasant, but not too talkative.. (You know the kind who enjoys having people try to talk with everything in their mouths) If you were to look up professional in the dictionary, you would find Dr. Gaston. He worked miracles on me last fall. I didn't think my gum line could ever be fixed with the crown that I had. Going to the dentist is seldom a pleasant experience. Fountain View's staff made it as good as it could possibly be. Surroundings meant to help a patient relax. Front office and back office staff all knew their jobs well. I will be making another appointment.
I was impressed from the moment I walked in. The setting is beautiful and the staff rocks! I was treated with kindness and RESPECT! I felt very comfortable. Nancy and Briane were terrific and Dr was very professional and I loved the detailed explanation he gave before, during and after my appointment. I am recommending this practice to everyone!
Once again my daughter and I went in for tandem cleanings. My daughter is 4 and at the age where everything both excites her and scares her a little. During the cleaning she was consistently fighting Melissa who was attempting to polish and floride her teeth. My daughter was sure that we did not need to do everything because she was worried it might hurt or it might not taste good. Despite my frustration Melissa was wonderful and very patient. I could not ask for better treatment from each member of this office, great people very professional in all areas. It's also great not to be treated like a file number. I not only have the most beautiful smile now, I feel great about my smile... Also the out side view from any room you are in is just the best (so calming and beautiful). Thank you so much to all of you at Fountain View Family Dental. See you next summer. I now have family and friends that I have recommended to this office... And they love it too...
You guys are always great with Caidyn and he loves going to the dentist to get his teeth clean.
