I am very pleased with the consultation I had today. Very friendly people. The dentist was very thorough in explaining everything and I feel very confident after today that I am going to once again smile with a big smile. I feel very confident in Dr. Gaston after speaking to him today, I feel I can totally trust the work he will be doing for me. Very happy :)
Me and my wife always have a nice experience here at fountain view family dental.the staff are great, friendly and informative. Dr. Gaston is a remarkable dentist who really cares about his patients all around well being with their dental health. He also isn't pushy on trying to get people to have work done but informs them of the real importance of not waiting till things get worst. Dr. Gaston graciously took me in the very next day for a root canal procedure. I was on three waiting lists to be seen in the Traverse City area. I was miserable and hoping to be pain-free for our last week of performances for Shrek the Musical at the Old Town Playhouse. Yes...dreams do come true! My sincerest thanks to Dr. Gaston and the staff at Fountain View.
On the intake forms, it asked what you disliked about previous dental experiences. I wrote that I always felt pressured into getting work done that I was really not interested in. At my first appt. the Dr. acknowledged that, and not one time did I feel any push towards getting treatments etc. that weren't absolutely necessary. Fountainview Dental Staff always provide excellent care, whether it be to my child or to myself. If there are any comcerns, they are always addressed beforehand, and our comfort is always put first and foremost. The staff is caring and friendly, and they take the time to get to know you as a person. I always feel as though I am treated as more than just a patient or a number.
The stuff was super friendly. They made me feel comfortable. Went other places and the prices were double of apple denture quoted.
The office staff always makes you feel welcome! Missy ROCKS!
