From the moment you walk in to the time you leave, the experience you have is exceptional. Dr. Reddy and her staff is above and beyond the best at what they do. I truly look forward to my time there and couldn't recommend Dental Loft higher.
The front desk service was quick, thorough, and nice. They called me ahead of time because of the incorrect insurance I gave and we got it settled before I even came into the office. The X-Rays were quick and easy, Rachel, my dental hygienist was kind and very good at explaining my brushing deficiencies. Dr. Reddy was so nice, wanted to know about me, and the entire experience for the first time was just one hour. Excellent care; professional and friendly staff and doctor.
I was very happy with my experience with Dr. Reddy and the staff at Dental Loft. She did an excellent job on my fillings and both she and her staff have great bedside manor and are very easy to get along with. I also love the easy parking!
Everything was great. Love the Netflix during the whitening. Also, I appreciate the 87 reminders...I'll never forget to come in!
