Every single detail of this place was amazing. From the service, to the conversation provided by the entire staff, all the way through the entire cleaning. Everything and everyone was amazing.

New to Dallas. Best dentist experience I've ever had. Modern equipment and practices made it quick and easy. Appointment scheduling is not that flexible though. I need morning appointments and I usually can't get in before 12pm, but they did run on time. Billing person is efficient with insurance and pricing, which I appreciated. Overall, it was great. I just wanted to say that I had an exceptional visit on Wednesday June 15, 2016. The receptionist was very sweet, caring, knowledgeable, informative and easy to talk to. I would recommend everyone to this Dental Office. Dental Loft. The Reddy was very patient with me and also informative. She's very nice and compassionate. Also straight to the point.
Most places you go these days, the experience is sloppy and uninspiring. I was really moved by the care that was shown to me at the Dental Loft. Everyone really took their time to explain the process to me in detail and helped me understand my treatment plan in a kind, compassionate way. Thank you for your exceptional service--I have recommended you to my family.
First of all the receptionist was like the sweetest person I've ever met. She made me feel so welcomed and was so polite to me which eased my fears of being there in the first place. The doctor was also very friendly and personable. They have coffee and water when you go in and Netflix in your room when you go back to make the whole experiment awesome while you're there as well.
No complaints. They were all so friendly and took great care of me! In and out with 2 new crowns the same day!! Already scheduled my comprehensive exam to make them my permanent dental office.
