Very quick with the cleaning and immediately took care of a small cavity forming. Only took another 30 minutes for the filling.
Conistently excellent service. Everything from routine appointments to teeth whitening, my expectations are met she excedded.
Super quick cleaning, and the Doc only took about 2 minutes with me. Fine by me!
Just recently moved to Dallas. I was unexpectedly off of work on a weekday and it was time to visit a dentist for my routine exam. After calling several places to see if they had any openings the next day, Dental Loft was able to see me the next day! I was excited to be able to get fitted in for a (basically) last minute cleaning visit on a weekday (since we know most dental offices do not offer weekend hours). I applaud the Dental Loft for running on-time and for their great service. With time always being tight, appreciate them getting me in there and out of there quickly.
I had a terrible experience without even stepping foot into the office of any other practice. I had been referred to the latter office by a friend but I just couldn't go there after the way I was treated. I took another chance on a friend referral for Dental Loft and I'm extremely glad I did. I made my appointed over the phone effortlessly. The front desk staff was extremely sweet and knowledgeable about my insurance and even my x-rays. The hygienist was very thorough and nice.
