Re:#3 On my early visits, I failed to ask about financial arrangements since I have Delta Dental (which I realized would pay only a small portion). Later when I was asked to pay $3124. I neglected to ask if there was any discount for cash and charged on VISA. On my last visit, I did ask and was advised that there was a discount for cash payment. I wish this info had been VOLUNTEERED earlier.
Everyone in the office is very kind and caring. You could not ask for anything more from any office. I would recommend this dental office in a heartbeat.

I am very afriad of dental work...very! But Dr. Petrini and his staff have been amazing thru my implant process. Dr. Petrini is very professional, on time, detailed and hands on. He spends time to ensure his patients are comfortable, educated about what is going to happen and has a calm sense that helps in an anxious sitation. I would highly recco!
The entire Staff are excellent! Always willing to answer questions and FAX information if requested. Also friendly and courteous too.
All in all, a most satisfactory experience.
The whole stuff is wonderful. They greeted me in a friendly manner, on time, I felt comfortable. Just an enjoyable experience. I wish I could have said the same thing for the government offices.
Dr. Keith was so great and very informative. I felt very comfortable about my implant plan. Also, Pat was so kind and explained everything to me. The front desk staff-Kim, etc. were so nice and accommodating. Have a great weekend. -Lauren Swansick
I was in a lot of pain following an accident and the entire staff made me feel comfortable that I would be taken care of. Dr. Petrini is a very competent professional and was able to salvage teeth that I did not think possible. I am extremely grateful.
