This visit was unusual. I was handled roughly, spoken to rudely and impatiently. I left feeling like I wanted to cry. Perhaps the dentist was tired or overworked, but everything from the injection to the procedure was rushed and harsh, and I was repeatedly chastised for not holding still. Usually the experience is excellent. This one was awful. I felt less than human and a burden. No patient should ever feel like this.
The entire staff was extremely friendly and professional. Just a very good overall experience.
