Everyone was very friendly and helpful and Dr. Petrini especially friendly and informative. Beautiful and obviously we'll run office. I might have been slightly confused and hope I didn't cause misunderstanding about the implants. Although implants sound like the best course, I still need to talk over with my husband in regards to time and financial commitment. I made appt for extractions should I go ahead with implant rather than crown course of treatment. Thanks
Really a great experience given the circumstances of my visit.
Excellent experience. I have arrived ~10 minutes early for each of my appointments.....aways seen on time or even before. The front staff and dental assistants are always friendly and professional. I can not say enough good things about the Drs. They are professional, efficient, thorough, caring and I never felt rushed.
I recall in my medical practice that I addressed all patients as Mr /.MS/MRS.. unless instructed to do otherwise. I value that attention and respect for detail in other professional offices.
I highly recommend Dental Implant Center at Walnut Creek. The staff are friendly and Dr. Keith Scott did a wonderful job on my implant. I didn't feel any pain during and after the surgery. Way to go. I am happy the whole process went smoothly . I give it a 5 stars for it's services.
The young lady who assisted Dr. Keith was exceptionally kind. She answered my questions, and calmed my fears.

I was informed before, during and after with knowledgeable information about procedure and future expectations. In addition, I received follow up calls after procedure from Dr. Petrini in a very considerate and timely manner. Extremely satisfied patient!
