DIC visits are always excellent: staff is very friendly, facilility is spotless and Dr. Keith is wonderful about explaining treatment options and how the implant is done and what progress to expect. All around fine place.
very happy with visit and quality of service. I usually have a general understanding of the cost, but wish I understood more (for planning sake). I do not know if my double coverage benefit for 2015 is depleted or if I can squeeze in a root canal and filling. Would help to know.
Very good examination and consultation. Had to wait 10-15 minutes after being seated. It appears that the practice is very successful, and demand exceeds supply. Dr. does his best given time constraints.

Dr. Keith was wonderful. He spent a lot of time with me and was very thorough and explained all the options. I felt very comfortable and I didn't feel he was trying to oversell anything. The woman at the front desk was also very knowledgeable and thorough and worked with me to get an appointment that would fit my crazy schedule.

Staff was very courtesy and accommodating. Excellent in all respects. I was very impressed with Dr. Petrini's expertise and knowledge. He came highly recommended and he performed at those high expectations.
I was experiencing some pain and Dr. Petrini was kind enough to fit me in to his schedule on short notice. Much appreciated. Thanks to him and to all the staff who make each visit more pleasant.
