The cost estimate included bone grafting which I had mentioned Dr. Karas has already evaluated me for that and said grafting had a 50/50 chance of failure. I was not told about the option and given the choice to make. We need to discuss that option before I will pay for that. It I all out of pocket.

Office staff welcomes you in a very friendly and sincere manner. Everyone seems to know what they are doing or should be doing. Dr. Petrini is outstanding in all respect from how he interacts with his patients to his knowledge and expertise in his area of specialization.
