I am a new patient and yet Dr. Keith created an opening in his schedule in order to perform my implant within just a few short days of my initial consultation (and he also performed examinations during my consultation appt. that normally would have required a separate appt.). The day of the implant: Beginning with the numerous shots (novocaine) and proceeding all the way through to a tooth extraction, bone graft & implant I never felt the slightest bit of pain or discomfort.
