I never thought I would say this, but, I actually enjoy going to the Dentist office. Dr. Hayes is great and the staff is friendly and courteous. Add the fact that you can have teeth whitening for life if you visit regularly, and it's a no brainer. Not only will your teeth be in good shape, they'll be white too!

My appointment on Sept, 9th 2015 was satisfactory! I had my teeth cleaned by Allison. Allison is very caring and professional. She makes you feel comfortable and is always asking if you're ok. I am happy seeing Allison and having her clean my teeth every 6 months. Thank you Allison for your great customer service skills.

Advanced Dental Concepts have always been very accommodating. They got me in on time at 6PM and I was done with my x-rays & cleaning in approximately 1/2 hour. They are very thorough with their explanations and handling of your insurance.
My daughter was having cheek/jaw pain and I called to see if I could get her in to see Dr. Hayes. I left a message on the business voicemail and the staff called me just before they opened for the day. They got my daughter in that same day! Dr. Hayes was very thorough and explained what he thought wad causing her pain. Dr.set up prescriptions and also referred us to an oral surgeon who helped relieve a blocked saliva gland. Great doctor and staff! They do excellent work! All of my questions and concerns have always been addressed in a patient and thorough manner. They are very good with kids. Office is very clean, too! I highly recommend them!

I called for appointment thinking I had some cavities in my bottom front teeth. Not only did I get an appointment for the very next day but it turned out, they were not cavities, I just needed a cleaning...Thats Relief!!!
