I am the world's biggest coward when it comes to the dentist. I am 62 and feel very ashamed of my shaking and other signs of nervousness. The staff at Advanced Dental Concepts never make me feel like my 'condition' is something to be belittled or amusing. Instead they are so patient and kind. Dr Hayes takes however much time I need before he begins work and asks repeatedly if I'm doing ok. I have never been treated this well at any other dental office. Resident of 400 West, Hebron

Today I had an appointment for the placement of an upper crown. I thought Doctor Hayes and Liz were great Liz is very friendly and informative. The girls at the front desk are also friendly and greet with a smile. Thank You.

I always feel comfortable with Dr Hayes and Jackie. They are the reason I keep coming there even after moving to Lowell.
