I was very happy with my visit. It is a very calm environment although visiting a dentist is always stressful. My mouth felt great after the cleaning, no soreness or sensitivity, just nice and clean. I will be back in six months.
Went in to get my fillings worked on and Dr shwarts was very friendly and very interested in my concerns. He was quick to fix any issues I had.
Always professional and competant
Dr O'neil is professional and knowledgeable. He is one best dentist I have ever had. Also his staff is excellent.
Jen was great as always. Makes me feel very comfortable, even for cleanings. I am bummed that Dr. Stark isn't there anymore and it would have been nice to know that ahead of time instead of walking in for my appt. and not seeing her name on the door anymore. You always do a really good job communicating for upcoming appts., but I think you missed it by not letting people know she was gone. But I could have missed a notice too.
As always everyone was friendly and professional.
Everyone is so friendly I like that they take time to explain different option to me. The hygienist Jenny is very good I come out feeling she did not miss anything.
It was time for a dental cleaning. A friendly email reminded me. I responded to the email and was in a chair hours later filling in for a postponed appointment. The hygienist "Sue" was professional, friendly and thorough. I've been going to O'Neil Dental for many years and had more than my share of work done. I could not be happier with "my" dentist and staff.
I travel all the way from Colorado just to get my teeth cleaned. Love O'Neil dental.
