From the moment I enter the office my experience was outstanding. Lisa and April were friendly, polite, and very helpful. The young lady that cleaned my teeth was excellent. And her commendation on how I should brush my teeth helped me a lot. I would give the dentist office a solid 10. Also Dr. O'Neil was pretty good also.
I felt valued, not only as a patient, but as a person. Dr. Schwartz and the staff members made me feel welcome. The minute I walked in their door, I was greeted with a smile and genuine care. The young lady, who was the dental assistant gave attention to my ramblings. I think she could tell I was a little nervous and she helped me to feel calm.The receptionist took the special time to help me with their Ipad. I had never used one before. Everyone at the office is very nice- which is awesome, since going to the dentist is never "fun" for most. I had some questions and everyone was happy to answer them. Had a few laughs, all in all very good :)
If it's possible to enjoy your dental visit, then I, without doubt, enjoy - and appreciate - the staff at O'Neil Dental. Have been going there for more than 24 years. Never want to change dentists.
