My oldest needed braces, and so far the orthodontic department has been great. The pediatric dentistry department has also been good with all 3 of my kids. However, I myself have not had good experiences here, but because of insurance reasons I'm stuck with it. I would like to commend Jodie at the front desk for handling a very complicated Insurance issue for me. She was courteous, patient, thorough, and was cheerful while taking care of this for me.. It took her about a half hour, but never got distracted with others around her checking in, asking questions, etc. I think she should get a raise!!! She was awesome!! Regards, Kathleen A.Raasch
We moved into town from out of state, and brought my son in for a cleaning knowing his teeth were in great shape (we had just had a check up 6 weeks earlier with his dentist in our previous home town). Dr Inga claimed my son needed 2 caps, and a filling, which was about $1500 worth of work. I didn't see how that was possible, so I took my son to a new dentist (not at a Dental Associates) for a second opinion... and he was cavity free, and had perfectly healthy gums, and teeth.
