Every time I go there I have a problem with my appointment time. This time it was changed and I was not notified. The other person with the same appointment time was not there, but I couldn’t get a teeth cleaning because they were waiting for the other person to show. Also, I informed them that I couldn’t make appointments for non-holiday week days. They offered me a Tuesday appointment. Clearly not listening is a big problem as well.
