:I just completed a cleaning at the Wauwatosa location,I found my experience with my hygienist Ms. P J. W to be a demeaning one. Her, over emphasizing of my lack of care to my gums, I initially thought was just par for the course, if not for the acknowledgement of the unnecessary harping from the Periodontist who served me, and who apparently observed this exchange.Look ,Everyone has a bad day,but I feel "shaming" anyone during this service is dehumanizing .I found the irony in this person being at the very least three scale... read more
Too much going on at one time for me! Not use to a dentist office that big! It felt like a tooth factory!
They have me waiting 15 after my appointment time. Some of the employees are rude.
The billing is always wrong. They insist you pay in full day of visit - per their incorrect estimate. I'm constantly over charged, only to receive credit refund checks after every visit. If your skin is on the darker side, you have to be explicit and diligent at ensuring you receive the best care and quality products (that may cost more), otherwise you will end up with mercury-laced metal instead of the standard white filling in your otherwise perfect smile. That now, thanks to Delta Dental, is no longer perfect!!
