I had brought my truck in for four-wheel drive issues in the beginning of winter January 4th I believe. I paid for the service to find out what was wrong with it. They never once put a scan tool on it even after I had showed them the codes that a snap-on scanner was giving out for the truck. So they're idiot technician decided he was going to replace my transfer case encoder motor. I was looking around for a new car and saw denooyer had a good inventory. It’s a bit of a drive for me so i really wanted to make sure i found something i loved. I’m so glad i waited. For someone who served for the same people he’s referring to as thugs/animals and to be so proud of the ignorance. It absolutely turned me off. I’m so incredibly glad i went with dapaula. Not only were they genuinely accommodating, their sales team was very diverse and inclusive. ✊🏾

Communication SUCKS! Sold me a car that was already sold. Okay,life happens I understand but then trying to follow up to see another car on their lot more poor communication. Maybe if I was a big hitter buying a $40,000 vehicle instead of $25,000 I'd have had a better experience. For the ones not spending alot you'll probably get poor service like me.
Coming back to edit a week later: Was contacted immediately by Rebecca. Very helpful and we went back to look at another option. I bought a car there less than 3 weeks ago. They continue to say there is nothing wrong yet car is making weird noise. Tried to tell me it’s nothing. Well finally got under the car. Zip tie holding something together in front passenger side and a piece in the back is so rusted it has eaten through the metal. Of course Boone calls you back. Supposedly the had a COVID warranty. Not true. Don’t trust anyone there but Chase!!
I was shopping for a new truck on line. filled out info for someone to call me. a lady named Kiera did call me . she was telling me about the 0 percent financing and how it's all in the " small print" well..I dont see the " small print" I was then asking about any left over trucks from 2019. she told me they are all on line..
