Bought a 2016 certified pre-owned Traverse in July 2019. In September 2019 Denooyer had to replace all 4 tires due to the fact they were all dry rotted, which they replaced for free since I owned the car only two months. Now it’s January 2020 and my car is at DePaula getting ALL NEW BRAKES - conveniently not covered by any warranty. I’ve had the car less than 5 months and I’m already out $1000+!!! I’ll never get another vehicle from Denooyer, they obviously do not care what the state of the cars they sell!!!
Bought a car, have had nothing but issues with the car ever since. Three trips to the service department in three months. Issues with the car have still yet to be resolved. Also, no one in the building will give a call back. Several messages left for service, the manager, the sales team and still not a call back from a single person. Not very happy with this place at all. Highly recommend going to literally any other car lot to make any purchases.
