Waited over an hour for an oil change, that I had an appointment for. My 1st oil change with this dealer. The only time that I have ever had an oil change that left my vehicle dirtier than when I brought it in. No complimentary vacuuming, only the steering wheel wiped off and greasy fingerprints inside and outside. I get better service at my local Jiffy Lube. Sad 😥

Great service friendly staff. Quick service
I had my sons truck in to fix an issue with a display message to shift to park. They supposedly adjusted something but it is doing it again. It is a push button start, the truck shuts off but the accessories do not. It takes him several tries to shut it all down. Who wants to sit there for several minutes to wait for it. But it’s either that or he’ll have a dead battery. I called service and they can’t get it back in for a week. Ridiculous!!! The money that is paid for vehicles and this is the service you get.
