Sales isn't bad but service is terrible. Bought a certified pre-owned 2019 Impala had brake vibration from day one. They told me it's not covered by the certified pre-owned warranty that I would have to pay to get the rotors resurfaced. For the low cost of $160 for the front and another $160 for the back. Could get a complete brake kit with drilled and slotted rotors and new pads for front and back for $282. Never going back and I know at least 5 other people who won't be back.

Our sales person Dan, was easy going, put us in a truck that we were interested in and took us to the next step. We knew what we wanted to spend for what we were looking to buy, so it made this step easier. In the end we ended up purchasing the paint and rust protection which gives me a peace of mind.
