Service is awful A simple call to tell me part is backordered would all it would take after 3 phone calls with no return from service or management i showed up and demanded my vehicle back simple warranty work should be frustration free a two minute phone call can solve a simple problem i will never return for future work i will gladly go out of my way and travel further for better service

This company is a complete joke. I just bought a 2014 Gmc Acadia last year and I have had more issues with this vehical and getting the run around. No one ever wants to help with the problems smh you couldn't pay me to buy another vehicle from them!!!
Bought a 2013 equinox 3 years ago for my wife. Her oil light came on 6 months after purchasing and the car shut off on Wolf rd. Brought it in multiple times for an “oil consumption test”. Their brilliant service team continues to say nothing is wrong with it. I change the oil at home and it has 1 quart left in engine. Go figure. They basically sold us a LEMON and don’t want to own up to it. Now our warranty is up and I doubt they will ever admit the car is a POS and they sold it to us like that.
