Don't make an appointment for an inspection. When you get there they will inform you it takes 45 because there are people ahead of you. Which negates the entire purpose of making an appointment. I wouldn't have made the appointment if I knew they would book a time slot with several customers. That's not an appointment, that's a free for all. I have to get to work. I will probably be late. We recently worked with Jeff Maltbie. He spent most of his day getting everything in order so that less than 9 hours later we were leaving with our purchased Chevy Trax (which I love and am soo glad he gad me reconsider and take it for a drive). He was patient, kind and always positive with a smile on his face. Jeff, Scott and Dan were pleasant to work with. Our family has worked with Jeff for years and will never work with anyone else.
