After a frustrating experience at other dealerships it was great to meet Gabe Johnson. And now I'm driving a beautiful Sonata from Dennis Hyundai of Dublin. Ruined my taste of Dennis Hyundai and I cannot wait to get rid of my Elantra, that way I never have to step into this dealership ever again. We must admit to being somewhat puzzled by how strongly objectionable Mr. Rahman found our policy of having a salesperson accompany customers on their test drive, especially since he has previously bought a Hyundai from us and would have experienced the same event then. Brake lights stopped working on my friend's Elantra that previously had a recall on the brake switch. Nobody even physically checked the switch; after they found out the recall was already performed, they wanted to charge a diagnostic fee. Instead of even glancing at the switch, they demanded money or said she could leave; saying the recall had been performed, so something else must be wrong! There were so many issues with this company, I don't know where to start. After signing my paperwork, the finance guy called me at home and asked for more money. Oh yeah, I had a repo guy call and threaten me because I hadn't paid for the jeep I had turned in. Need more? Go to some other dealer.
