They drove a friends car to the dealership to have it appraised and LOST the KEYS... They then tried to sell them a car to make it all better... Then when my friend asked to have a 24/7 locksmith come out and make keys (they were selling it to another dealership) they told them sorry you’ll have to wait for a few days. Do NOT take your car here, absolutely terrible service.

The people that work and own this company are shady and treat their employees very badly
Was my very first visit to this dealer and mentioned that to the service advisor. The waiting room is nice and like the fresh fruit and coffee. I wish that they would have told me sooner about the recommended brake service, I could have done everything in one trip as opposed to now having to make a second appointment. Also would have been nice to know where my car was and that the keys were in it. Car was parked in front of entrance to service, which made getting out of a bit unconvient to say the least.
