Leased for 3 years while my husband purchased around the same time. We would NEVER suggest this dealership. I have never been treated so aggressively or nasty by a group of salesmen. Simple phone calls are answered with attitude. Honestly the only saving grace from our lease is that Hyundai Motor Finance actually is helpful. Never again, purchase OR service on our Hyundai or any new vehicle.
Wonderful place and beautiful showroom, with very educated employees regarding their product suite. Check out the new Sonata or Genesis G90! WOW! Awesome place and spectacular service!

My wife and I went here to buy our first car together, and after searching multiple places we were most satisfied with Dennis Hyundai of Dublin. Went in for my appointment at 5:15 yesterday. I got there about twenty minutes early and they took me right in. I had the works oil change and tire rotation etc done. Also they asked if I wanted to get the recall work done while I was there. I agreed. They quoted an hour and a half wait. In just under an hour my car was done and I was heading home. Fast service and great customer service.

My appointment was on time, taking just under 1 hour while I waited. I did not buy my car from them and do not usually have services done here as I have a long time relationship with Goodyear. Cabin air filter and brake service was all I had done. Very satisfied with personnel and service this time.

Horrible experience made an appointment to have the gas cap repaired on my 2014 sonata hybrid appointment was at 9:00 am after an hour of waiting for the repair I was told the part that was provided was wrong, sat another hour for the car to be put back together and was told there is yet another recall, not looking forward to the next visit, also have tire protection, had a nail in my tire and was told it was the sensor I suspect that is how you get out of providing a customer with a new tire
