Very nice and very incompetent. It's like they want to do a good job but half the time you get passed off from one guy to the next but the info doesn't get passed along. I'm not just talking about getting an oil change either...I'm talking about a $60,000 pickup. You'd think they'd pay a little closer attention on something with a price tag like that. It's been this way for about five years on the service side. If there was ANY other place within a 30 mile radius of my house to get an oil change, I would go there instead....
I had a great experience like always purchasing a vehicle from Sam Pauley at Dennis Dillion in Caldwell ID. They always treated me with respect and handled themselves like professionals�. I will be back and highly recommend these guys�
Great experience! Smart, friendly and extremely helpful, from salesman, mangers right through to finance. Attended to from start to finish, answered every laborious question I had. Recommend everyone give them a look for great products and deals.
Terrible customer service and they increased the price two different times by $3,000 each time. Their internet rep Mike hasn't responded to us in days and now the only person we can reach is an offsite phone rep. At least they saved us from flying there this weekend and buying a new truck.
We just purchased our 1st out of state vehicle ever sight unseen. It was a very smooth process. Monique & Roland helped with any questions and made sure they knew our travel plans and arranged to pick us up from our hotel. The entire staff was helpful and friendly. We will definitely use them again in the future & refer them to friends and family. Thank you!
