Pick up my Jeep today. The service was fantastic!! I was in and out and on my way back to California in an hour. Kyle, thanks for everything. You made the entire process painless. I would strongly recommend Dennis Dillion. It was definitely worth the trip.
Bought a truck and the next day it was doing something when the truck would start. Well, since the sale is final extended warranty doesn't kick in for 30 days. Only person that is willing to help is Chad from the service dept in Boise. Not even from the same dealership! Buyer beware if you buy from them they will not return your phone calls and treat you like you don't matter once they have their money.
Absolutely the best vehicle purchase experience ever - great staff and no surprises. They built my RAM just how I dreamed it up.
What a joke! They will tell you anything to make a sale! There inspection process (if they even have a inspection process) sucks so bad that when the assured me that they didn't find anything wrong with the vehicle. I also purchased there gold extended warranty covered everything but what needs to be fixed! $2799 for extended warranty and $1500 out of pocket in the 1st 4months. F U Dennis Dillon sincerely one f@&$ing pissed of costumer.
