We flew up from Menifee in southern california to buy a truck here. Kenny picked us up from the Boise airport and our truck was ready. 3 hours later after having running boards i stalled we were on our way! Would reccommend again!!!
It's been over a month and I have still not received any info about who the vehicle is financed through. The paperwork side of the buying experience leaves a lot to be desired.
Worst company in The Treasure Valley to buy a car from. Been fighting with them about extended warranty for over a year and they won't take accountability for the promises made by sales reps, and finance reps. GM is telling me none of what they said to me is accurate, or what they said for that matter. Everyone covering their own butts at the end of the day. Probably time to get my attorney involved. Don't take your business to them. It's not worth the headache.
If I could give this a zero, I would. My husband called, asked about a particular Jeep and the salesman repeatedly referred my husband to the website instead of answering his questions about what he has on his lot. We then went in there today, saw a Jeep we liked, wanted to get out current Jeep appraised, but they flat out refused to do so, claiming that we need to be interested.
