Great customer service in the service department. They kept me in the loop on all the things they were doing to my car and made recommendations on items i should and should not do. They even washed my car as well. I’m not sure if it was part of the package I got, but it was a nice touch as my car desperately needs it.
Hats 🎩 off to folks at Dennis Hyundai for great customer service (bumper to bumper). In nearly six years of professional relationship with Dennis auto family, I had never had a single bad experience. Trustworthy service advisor
Great place, with great employees.
The service manager is rude and belittling. Treated me as if I was stupid. Charged me a diagnostic fee despite the fact that I already had one done and knew the issue. Was told over the phone TWICE that the work was covered under warranty but when I dropped off the car was told it was not. Quote was DOUBLE what two other mechanics quoted. I left unhappy and was charged for an unnecessary service and the manager knew this. I refuse to ever consider Hyundai for another car option in my future because of this experience.
