We took our Hyundai Santa Fe in for an oil change and a brake check. They said the rear brakes and rotors need replacing. We had them do the work. When we picked up the car, it was worse than when we dropped it off!!! The brake pedal went completely to the floor and the rear passenger tire was wobbling when driving. Needless to say we were extremely upset. Nate did an excellent job of helping us get the problem fixed. Let’s see I have a 2018 Hyundai Sonata doesn’t even have 15,000 miles on it. Engine light comes on car starts to stall called Dennis Hyundai 5 times and they just kept telling me that they are booked and won’t be able to look at it until Tuesday. So then I call Hatfield and they tel me not to drive it and to have it towed immediately... sooo I get to the dealership no rental cars available didn’t even try to help me just said well we won’t be able to look at it until Tuesday. We loved our salesman, Justin, but that’s about all we loved from this dealership. It’s been 2 weeks since we purchased our vehicle and we can’t get anyone to return our calls. Tyrone called us over a week ago to say there was an issue with our payoff on our trade-in and we have called back several times with NO return call. Our bank has not received their payoff.
