I was sold a warranty 6 weeks ago and my car broke down today. I called for towing and my information has yet to be entered into the system, so I couldn’t get towed. I called the dealership and they actually said “ oh this happens all the time”. Like it’s no big deal.. Sitting in a car for 2.5 hours on Alum Creek during rush hour is a problem! The dealership or the Allstate Car Care Crap had no resolution or any answers.
